Small groups of 3–5 students receive one-on-one feedback from a professional trainer for 45 minutes, working out under one of three fitness regimens. Beginner courses employ resistance exercises to safely and steadily boost strength, while intermediate and advanced techniques use running, endurance training, jumping, and boxing to build muscle and cardiovascular health. Kevin Allen earned his personal training certification in 1989, but he didn’t stop there.
