The RIP (Resistance Interval Performance) Ride is a 60-minute, hardcore cycling workout that pits the toughest riders against a routine complete with upper body weight sets. 45-minute Real Ride classes challenge participants with uneven terrain, gear shifts, tough hills, intervals, and resistance. The Body Ride focuses on getting heart rates up and incorporates a condensed upper body workout in the middle of the 45-minute ride.
But that's not to say that Revolve's sessions are all work and no play. The team of Schwinn-certified instructors to use music as an integral part of the experience, encouraging exercisers to push themselves to the limit to a soundtrack of upbeat tunes.
