Choose between two sessions:

  • Monday, January 7, through Thursday, February 14
  • Monday, February 18, through Thursday, March 28

During each session, Groupon users may attend either the Monday class (5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.) or the Thursday class (7:15 p.m. to 8:45 p.m.). This Groupon includes one class per week (a $90 value) and mat rental for each class (a $6 value).

Designed for those returning to yoga as well as first-timers looking to try something new, the classes explore 12 fundamental poses while delving into theories of breathing, meditation, and body awareness. No yoga experience is necessary, but students should come with an empty stomach and wear comfy clothing.
