The Soul Tower is one of their specialties, featuring a waffle made from four cheese mac, topped with sweet candied yams, and finished off with a hand-breaded chicken breast. Served with their house syrup. There’s The Red Sea, made with red velvet cornbread waffle topped with a 6-ounce fried lobster tail and two sides. They have their Famous Classic, the staple but with a twist of soul.
