I've been searching for a dance studio in San Diego that had a unique variety of classes... and this studio met my needs. I took the beginner burlesque class and fell in love. Coco is a great teacher and choreographer and makes you feel comfortable and confident.
I really enjoyed my experience with Anthony's personal training. He was very attentive, patient, listened to what I wanted and after 12 sessions, noticed results which I really liked. Anthony taught me a lot! On a personal level, Anthony made the experience comfortable and enjoyable. I would highly recommend Anthony to anybody who has ever considered personal training. He is great at what he does for a reason.
Jay is a great personal trainer. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and kind. He takes time to listen to me, teach me about the exercises, and make sure I am comfortable doing them. I like that he incorporates nutrition into the game plan, and I have learned a lot by being more contentious about my diet. I feel like Jay cares about me and my wellbeing. I would recommend him to anyone!
