Exercise is challenging, and people frequently give up on their fitness routines. How do you keep clients motivated?
Along side head programmer Camille LeBlanc Bazinet, we have many highly trained instructors on staff teaching classes in HIIT, Yoga, Row & CrossFit. All of our classes are designed to repel monotony. CrossFit Below Zero: Constantly varied functional fitness at high intensity. Yeah, that was a mouthful for us too. Let’s break it down. Constantly Varied- We’ll never do the same workout twice. Functional Fitness- We train our muscles to work together and we prepare our bodies for real-world challenges. High Intensity- We go as hard as we can for as long as we can. No excuses. HAIL: Our signature high intensity training class.This class stresses efficiency. We torch more calories in less time. The fast-paced and ambitious exercise environment inspires us to work our hardest for every minute. Now let’s talk about afterburn. The workout will enhance our body’s repair cycle — we’ll burn fat and calories in the 24 hours after the workout as well. Part of this repair cycle enhancement extends our heart’s abilities. Endurance is only the beginning. This class truly embodies our movement philosophy. Our bodies are designed to move fluidly with the world around us. Our classes readjust our physical presence. We run faster, move quicker, lift stronger, and live more balanced. MELT Yoga: Coordination. Balance. Agility. Mobility. Flexibility. Recovery. We stretch our limits, bend our boundaries, exhale negativity, and inhale serenity. Arctic Row: Our signature class combines rowing intervals on innovative rowing machines with dynamic sculpting exercises for the perfect balance of cardio and strength training. This heart-pumping, sweat-drenched, total-body burn is as invigorating as it is effective.

Our goal is to bring functional fitness to a community. ICE NYC was conceived with the notion that progress and success is most deeply achieved with support from a group of willing people with a common goal. These people form the ICE NYC family.
