  • $39 for 10 weekday morning Bikram yoga classes, valid for classes at 6 a.m., 9:30 a.m., and 11:30 a.m. Monday–Friday (a $175 value)

The class schedule features daily 90-minute sweat sessions performed in celebrated yogi Bikram Choudhury's signature style.

  • $199 for a private group Bikram yoga class for up to 25 (a $540 value)

Private group lessons are held throughout the week and weekend; a full schedule can be found here. Participants should bring their own mat, towel, and water. These items can be rented $2 each.

Yoga students are encouraged to attend Spirits Fly: A Celebration of Yoga, Art, and the Creative on October 13 at 7:30 p.m. The free event is a reception to introduce the yoga-inspired art of visual artist Terry Sitz. The event will feature a yoga demonstration, light fare, cocktails, and music, and will benefit The Children's National Medical Center.

Bikram Yoga Bethesda

Bikram Yoga Bethesda's studio sports a steely gray palette, exposed ducts, and bright, natural lighting that provide a cool counterpoint to the heated intensity of its Bikram yoga classes. Though rigorous with its balmy heat and strict 26-posture series, the 90-minute classes are open to students of all experience levels and are taught by a team of Bikram–certified instructors. The 4,700-square-foot facility boasts not just an expansive practice space outfitted with Flotex flooring and a natural-gas-fired heating system but also shower and locker-room amenities that make changing back into street clothes or cartoon-character costumes comfortable and efficient.
