On his website, experienced qi gong instructor Zachary Lui quotes a Chinese proverb: "All roads lead up the mountain." The saying is particularly apt in reference to his practice of qigong, which fuses different philosophies—Buddhism, Taoism, and Confucianism among them—to create customized wellness regimens for clients.
