First time visiting. I like the fact that Harly let's you ask questions during the breaks. After a boxing workout I'm usually to tired to remember my name. Very technical one on one lesson which is what I wanted.

Hello, I have Training with Harly for 2 Years Now. We started with Boxing and now Body Building. Amazing Coaching and Tailored Exercises to meet your Goals. I am very happy and intend to Exercise and have him as a my Trainer for very Long Time. A+++++++
